If you've ever been to a house concert, you know that it's a fun way to get friends together and enjoy ACOUSTIC MUSIC! Invite a musician to perform, set a date and invite your friends.

This is a great way to PARTY! Many house concerts begin with a pot-luck meal prior to the concert. Concert? It's really more of an intimate, family-style gathering, where listeners have an opportunity to interact with the musician(s), sing along and just have fun! Other hosts invite guests to bring their favorite dessert, which everyone (including the musician) enjoys during a break in the music. Still others provide everything for their guests. Most musicians will work with you on compensation. Some will even perform for a chance to sell some CDs.
